Anthony Osborn

Anthony Osborn is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. He handles disputes related to general business, construction, insurance, breach of contract, fraud, trade secrets, franchises/dealerships, real estate, negligence, and more.

Anthony acts as general counsel to construction professionals and provides legal advice to manage risks associated with construction projects. He provides legal assistance to owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, lenders and insurers/sureties. 

​

Anthony also has an active appellate law practice, having argued successfully before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Iowa Supreme Court, the Iowa Court of Appeals, and the Nebraska Supreme Court.

Anthony started his legal career in the San Diego office of a national law firm before moving back to his hometown of Sioux City, Iowa in 2007. He enjoys spending time with his family, going to Lake Okoboji, and cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
